Employee Rating is a new feature allowing consumers to rate their experience with individual dealership employees
I worked with two salesman who made the experience great, due to having an unfortunate experience. The only draw back was while making the deal there was another manager working with another customer who wanted the same vehicle. The car I wanted was sold right from underneath me. Apparently the two managers who make the final deals don't share with each other that another customer was there for the same vehicle. That is very bad for customer satisfaction in my opinion. In the end, the manager I was working with was able to find me another vehicle the next day.
