I have bought numerous Subaru Outbacks at this Dealership from Steve Neilly. Steve goes above and beyond to make his customer’s happy. This dealership is very hard working and everyone their is very friendly and very helpful. I went in Friday for an oil change in my 2022 Subaru Outback and came out with a New 2022 Subaru Ascent the business Manager really went out of his way to make a sweet deal for me. I was very impressed with my purchase at Lou Fusz Subaru St. Peters. My salesperson, Steve Neely, listened to what I was looking for in my new car. I knew I already wanted to test drive the Outback. He ex St. Peters. My salesperson, Steve Neely, listened to what I was looking for in my new car. I knew I already wanted to test drive the Outback. He explained the many safety features of this vehicle including the warning "beeps". When I got back from my 1st test drive he was able to answer my questions about the vehicle and direct me to a trim package that would best meet my needs. I took a second car out for a drive and that is the one I ended up buying. The whole process was very quick; this is the fastest new car purchase I have done. I did not have to wait for anyone and eventhough we concluded this deal at the end of the day, I did not feel rushed. I also appreciate the dealership's commitment to not charging over the sticker price. With the current world situation, new cars are commanding a premium price. Many dealers are taking advantage of this but not Lou Fusz. Thanks to all who made this possible: John M., Tony I. and most of all Steve N. More
