Terrible experience Came in to drive a car. Was told one price on the phone. Called ahead and let them know the time I was coming and I was on a tight schedule. They didn Came in to drive a car. Got there, completely different price, of course higher. Told me I was wrong about what I heard. I Was prepared to buy the car cash. Was then told “price doesn’t matter” and “is my wife not worth the car”?? Really ? Absolutely terrible. I will let everyone know about my experience and the bait and switch tactics used to get people in the door. More

The Team Came Through - BIG TIME In all honesty, our first impression on our first visit was MEH; we actually ended up leaving soon after our test drive and went over to another deale In all honesty, our first impression on our first visit was MEH; we actually ended up leaving soon after our test drive and went over to another dealership. I had pretty much decided to go with the other dealership, we was just waiting for the transfer of the car I was interested in. A few days had past and I received an email from Blake inquiring about my interest in the vehicle we had looked at. After sharing our experience, and giving him our feedback via email, I went on to proceed with the other dealership thinking we were finished with Infinity; but Blake had other plans. After following up with a couple of phone calls, and leaving me messages, I called Blake back; and I'm glad I did! My husband and I came over to the dealership soon afterwards, met with Blake and Steven, and left a couple of hours later with the car I originally wanted; and I couldn't be happier! Shawn made the financing end so easy, explained everything as we went along, and made sure that my personalized plates we're included in the paperwork to DMV. So thank you team, you won my loyalty; though I don't think the other dealership is so happy with you, I actually had to break the news to them while we were still with you. I will gladly recommend this dealership to friends, family, and strangers. More

The best experience I have ever had We lost our cars in the Camp Fire and so we had to buy several new cars. We went to several dealers and the salespeople descended on us like red meat We lost our cars in the Camp Fire and so we had to buy several new cars. We went to several dealers and the salespeople descended on us like red meat. That is kind of what you expect from car dealers, but emotionally we were really having a hard time with it. When we went into the Infinity dealership we could not believe the causal, friendly environment there. We were greeted and then left to walk around alone and see what we liked. When we had questions, Steven was right there to answer but he wasn’t dogging us all over the lot. Once we felt like we had found the right car, Steven encouraged us to take our time. What sales person does that? At the other dealers we felt like we were surrounded by hungry salespeople that were pushing what they wanted onto us. Steven was like a family member. The color wanted wasn’t there and Steven happily drove to the Bay Area and picked it up free of charge. When we picked it up, the GPS didn’t work. Steven immediately gave us a loaner and offered to drive our out to us first thing in the morning (2 hours away). It is not just that they took care of us, they made us feel like they were happy to do it. If you want a great buying experience, that is the place to do it! More
