I went to Universal Hyundai to look for a reasonably priced SUV. Not only did I find that, but the salesman Steven Rivera was awesome. Steven was very informative about all the vehicles and very patient as I reviewed all of my choices. At no time did I feel as if I was being pushed to make a decision. Hyundai and Steven were recommended to me and I would not hesitate to recommend them to my family and friends!
My experience with Universal Hyundai was very satisfying. I got what I wanted and my sales person Steven Rivera was very attentive to my needs. Him and his manager worked to get me a great deal and the car that I wanted. Thank you all for making this easy and worth it.

My experience at Universal could not have been better!! The staff was patient and understanding of our particular needs and expectations. The salesperson "Steven" was not a robot as salesman usually are! He made the me and my wife feel comfortable and not rushed!! He took his time going through the inventory. Altogether an excellent experience!!
