Our salesperson Susan really cared about what we wanted and provided us with an excellent sales experience. Susan made it easy and quick to purchase our vehicle and was extremely helpful in showing us sev and provided us with an excellent sales experience. I don’t know who’s in charge but I just purchased a 2024 BMW x5 for $76000. That was on Friday. On Sunday I couldn’t start the car. Message on my screen said Drive train problem. I called for help but no on BMW x5 for $76000. That was on Friday. On Sunday I couldn’t start the car. Message on my screen said Drive train problem. I called for help but no one was available until Monday. On Monday the car was towed to the dealership. Here it is Tuesday afternoon and no update. How could BMW put a car on display if it wasn’t perfect. It was also in need of a good cleaning. More

Just purchased a 2024 x5 price $76000. Drove it home on Friday march 8. I let it sit in my garage on Saturday. Sunday morning I decided to go to breakfast. Not. The car wouldn’t start. I called BMW road side service. They couldn’t come out until Monday morning. Was to go BMW. I will never buy another BMW. Terrible. How does a brand new vehicle with 136 miles not operate. More
