I recently purchased a 2024 Honda Civic Sport from IDE Honda and Juan was terrific throughout the entire process. Being a younger client myself, having a younger sales rep was terrific. I’ve heard that car buying can be a hassle sometimes but this experience was very enjoyable and stress free. Juan was very easy to communicate with when it came to gathering documents and setting up appointments. He gave me his phone number so all I had to do what shoot him a quick text if I had a question and I would get an answer within a few hours. Overall I’d give this experience a 11/10 and I’d also like to mention Tj and Kiersten who also assisted me and were terrific at what they do. Thanks IDE! More
