I find that this dealership employs very courteous and professional staff, in service and sales. The waiting areas and office environments are very clean. Personnel greet and assist you from the moment exiting your vehicle and the end process when your key is handed over with not just a smile, but a detailed explanation of work performed on your vehicle.
Jason Hankerson was a pleasure to work with. He listen to what we were saying and not what he wanted to sell. Thanks for making this a good experience.

I came from Palmetto, FL. (2 1/2 hrs) from internet and spoke with internet mgr. before going on price and availability of vehicle and was pleased so I drove the 2 1/2 hrs to purchase vehicle. Was treated fairly and staff was attentive and courteous. I previously went to a much closer Hyundai dealership but the visit was not the same, tried to sell me what they had but not what I wanted. Took 4 hours of my time so I purchased somewhere else. Price was also a mystery. thanks.

"Loved the car and the price seemed fair, but...."
First time buying from this dealer as we just moved into this area. Nice, modern, and clean facility and the people seemed very nice, friendly, and helpful. We loved the car and may have gotten one of the first Ioniq's here in the US.
I was disappointed, however, by the lack of details in the transaction and the "hocus-pocus" that blandly covered the details until I insisted on knowing the specifics of our financial transaction.\
I do not like to be treated as some gullible client that can be fooled into paying too much, by hiding the facts.
In the long run they came thru with requested details, which I found satisfactory, but it would have been nicer to get those details earlier in the process.
The Ionic Hybrid is one of the most interesting, and perhaps best cars we have ever purchased. After owning a top of the line Prius for 7 years, we found the transition to the Ioniq to be a joy. This car is definately a Prius "killer" as it has remarkably better performance, higher mileage, more room inside, a smooth and much quieter ride, has a much classier interior that looks more like a Mercedes than a lower cost mid-sized sedan, and it drives like a dream. Very smooth and responsive. In fact beyond my furthest expectations. This is a remarkable car, and I believe that Hyundai will do WELL in the years ahead.
