We immediately contacted dealership, service dept and salesperson the next morning. We took our car to 2 other places for diagnostic scan and told unsafe to drive literally less than 24 hours after purchase. Their service dept would not help or repair the loud squeal. Mick Gurley is nasty, rude and completely unprofessional, he has a very bad attitude, seems to hate his job and this company refused to help, rolled his eyes and laughed at us. He should not work in any job that would involve customer service as he is just a horrible person. He literally told us the car they sold us was a piece of junk and to get a lawyer. @fordmotorcompany thats not good business. My first purchase with Gaudin went smooth, not so for the second. I ordered a Mustang Mach-E and placed a $500 deposit on the car. After approximately 7 months, I contacted Ford corporate and was told the my car had been sold TO SOMEONE ELSE WITHOUT MY PERMISSION. My wife and I just had a baby and really needed the car. Please be very careful when dealing with Gaudin as it appears that they place profit ahead of doing right by their customer. More
