Tanya in parts and Greg in service are excellent to work with. The only thing that would make this better is if the survey system in it's current form was abolished. However demanding a perfect score, considering a 9 a failing grade and punishing the service advisor's pay because someone didn't like the brand of coffee served is complete and total bulls**t. More
