We had the BEST day. There were so many vehicle options to test drive. The front desk gal was so helpful and kind and held the car we wanted for us to come back without o There were so many vehicle options to test drive. Then we got paired with Rich (Richard) for the signing of our new car and not only was he extremely helpful, he was knowledgeable and kind. He listened to our wants and needs and I didn’t feel pressured in any way. He gave us all of our available options and let us decide what was best for us. He went above and BEYOND to make sure he was quick in his transaction, but never rushed us. He also personally inspected the car before I drove off, which I was thankful to see.
