Great experience-purchased a new XT6 I found on dealer website over the phone. The Sales rep and Finance team were very pleasant and responsive and when I came in to close the purchase and take delivery, website over the phone. The Sales rep and Finance team were very pleasant and responsive and when I came in to close the purchase and take delivery, they had all the paperwork ready to sign with no issues or surprises. Took about 10 minutes, plus the hour or so that my sales rep took to show me all the vehicle features and walk me through the set up and activation of all the technology and driver preferences. More

Displeased paint quality on XT5, Terrance Palmer showed me two veh. On different days 1: hood was repainted paint didn't match 2: paint swirls all over hood. Was told all xt5 had bad paint. Terrance mocke me two veh. On different days 1: hood was repainted paint didn't match 2: paint swirls all over hood. Was told all xt5 had bad paint. Terrance mocked me because I bent down checking paint quality, obvious he was aggravated I didn't accept either vehicle. A big waste of time for me I was a cash buyer, trying to sell me inferior New Cadillac's . Look closely at your new vehicle's paint. More
