I purchased my 5th car from Homer Skelton Hyundai on 11/28/2022. It is a 2023 Hyundai Kona Limited and it was a pleasure to work with Brandon Harbin. I contacted him on Saturday with what I was looking for. Unfortunately, the model was not in stock, but in the dock in Alabama. I put down a deposit for arrival. I viewed their website Saturday evening and found another that I really liked. I texted Brandon with the info and I went in Monday morning and the sale was complete in an hour and half. I purchased a 2023 Hyundai Kona Limited as a surprise gift for my wife, and needless to say, she was Ecstatic!!!! I recommend Homer Skelton Hyundai to anyone interested in a New or Used vehicle. I met with General Manager, Chris Fite about my issues with the Service dept. He was very Nice & Courteous, listened to my complaints & we were able to come up with a solution that I was pleased with. W with the Service dept. The agent who assisted me with the buying process was awesome and knowledgeable. One of my complaints is that the other agents don’t really ask the customers to wait in the waiting lounge. Long wait. Got oil change & tire rotation. Loud noise in car when leaving. Had to go back in & get them to find problem which took more time as they were closin Got oil change & tire rotation. My car was towed in on a Monday. They told me Monday afternoon it wasn’t the battery and they would look at it when they could. On Saturday my boyfriend went up there and was treated very rudely by a man in the service dept. then they told him it WAS the battery and they put a new one in and he brought it home. I have bought 3 cars from this dealership and have never had an issue like this. I am not happy at all with this service dept. 6 days to replace a battery … 😡 More

She went above and beyond. I didn't have to hunt for my car, it was brought to the front door and a young man handed me my keys . It was raining and he offered to walk me out under an umbrella so I wouldn't get wet. The interior was even warm up for my comfort. Would recommend this dealership because they believe in customer service. More
