2022 Toyota Sienna XSE hybrid brand new car and the very first time servicing with the toyota dealer service department but still paying for the oil changed fee??? What the xxxx and where the xxxx is the ca first time servicing with the toyota dealer service department but still paying for the oil changed fee??? What the xxxx and where the xxxx is the caress of Toyota company? Just four days over the service care and the service department is still asked for the fees and it’s been paying, even the Toyota care is over expired they should do some discount before using or asking the promote cards. You guys needs to move forward and making the customers proud of your services that doesn’t matter how many years the vehicle got old but the very first time servicing should be free and needs good taking care. Sad but thanks anyway. More
