"Used car salesmen myth broken"
Originally I had not planned on buying a used 2013 Honda Odyssey or any Honda for that manner. They hold their value and my budget, I thought, was not in there ballpark. I felt lucky to be approached by Eduardo Gonzalez and I told him upfront I had not done any homework on Odyssey's as I was planning on buying from another manufacturer for a lot less, I thought, on a van with a bad reputation but I admired and had owned in the past. Eduardo listened carefully to what I desired and steered me to the van I would purchase a number of day's latter. I was never pressured in any way and after doing my homework on the Internet I discovered I was getting a great deal and I actually saved money compared to the other van I would have purchased. Negotiations went very smoothly and we both were happy with the results. The van was washed and fueled while I dealt with the transfer paperwork and before I knew it I was on my way home. The following morning I discovered the battery was worn out and the service department replaced it, no charge. Customer service above and beyond and to top it off I got a call from Eduardo a couple of days latter telling me he had personally picked up the valet key the original owners still possessed and had it waiting for me at the dealership.
