Mike Bann and Tim Barnes were both very helpful and a pleasure to work with. They were knowledgeable, friendly and never pushy like some of the other local dealerships we visited in the past. Mike spent a lot of time going over the vehicle with me to be sure I understood everything and to be sure it was exactly what I wanted. It was a great car buying experience and we love our new RAV4!
