"Bad experience "
I called Germain Honda in order to appraise mr vehicle and explained the reception as what I was looking for and if i was supposed to take any appointment. I was told that I had to just walk-in to get it appraised. I reached the office in the next one our after my call to know that that Tim Gould will be available not all time but Tuesday and Thursday.
After couple of days I came back again and handed over my vehicle to get appraised. As any other dealer it was appraised to a lower price which was expected. But what was not expected comes here.
As soon as I hit the free way after moving out of the showroom, I noticed that one of my rear wheel is noisy. I got to know that something is wrong but was not sure what. I called Tim Gould when I reached home to leave a message on his voice mail to call me back. I never got a call back. I finally sold my vehical to a private party in another couple of days, and the person who got it also complained the same problem which I had sensed. Finally I had to go with the person to firestone to discover that the wheel was out of balance and had to pay for the wheel balancing.

My name is Chris Lynch, I bought an Oddessy in 2017 and due to a divorce I had to sell it back to Germain a few days ago. The offer that was made in my opinion was way below its worth and I asked Tim Gould, the Buyer for a little more and he told me no. but Since they gave me 1600.00 more than they should have I should be grateful. Paper work has been signed, Thank you for taking it off of my hands.
