- sjbrullThis was my first experience with the dealership, so I was a little reluctant to purchase an automobile "long distance" - I live in Florida. From the first moment I contacted Alex, I had a professional, no-pressure, and polite experience. And when Alex was not available to answer my questions, the manager, Tim McKenna was there to respond. They followed up on my initial contact, but they did not "push" the sale. When I was finally ready to close the deal, they had a very reasonable price offer, and they shipped the car - in fact, they did so even before receiving my signed paperwork! The car was everything they promised, and even included items that we had not negotiated (car cover, for instance). Financing was a breeze, and they were able to match my preferred rate from my local bank. The follow-up after the delivery has been excellent, as well. I have absolutely no hesitation in fully and unconditionally recommending the dealership - and particularly Tim and Alex. I plan on sending all my friends to them! Well done!

- floyd.shermanMy rating of 5 for customer service was based on my experience over the 2 yrs. I owned a LP640 which I purchased from Lambo. of Dallas. The personnel I dealt with are the same people currently in place which provided me with absolutely the highest level and quality of service I have ever experienced. This was true from the sales side, the service side as well as the back office. The people I dealt with made my overall experience a great one and that's why I'm back looking and planning for my future purchase of another Lambo. from this dealershipI have been very impressed with the way the people at this dealership have kept me informed about upcoming events as well as all the new product offerings. I always felt welecome even at this dealership even though I was not a current Lambo. owner. The quality of the work was always top notch and better yet I was always kept fully informed with no surprises at the end. Best yet I always got my car back when I was told it would be ready. My overall experience with this dealer could not be better and if I could give their personnel a higher rating than a 5 I would. I continue to recommend this dealer to my associates with no reservations and will continue to do so. I gave price a 4 rating only because I can't buy two cars not because the car isn't worth every penny. I had an incredible experience with my LP640 with only the best things to say about the dealer persnnel and the car. PS. I really like the new location so much better and the showroom, offices, and service area are all beneffiting a great car.

- tmannall1I have purchased several Automobiles over the years in person and over the Internet. I have completed over 120 transactions on the E-Bay alone as well and dealt with all types of people who claim to conduct their Business with "honesty and integrity". My purchase experience with Lambroghini Dallas was the best I have ever had!! Tim and Scot were just awsome. Their communications skills were well above my expectations. The deal we were working on appeared as if it would never be completed after multiple communication all via the Internet. Much to my suprise I received another e-mail from Scot a few days later . They came up with a deal that worked and I immidiately accepted it on the spot. Understand this; a Business I have never worked with prior and car I have not even see in person or driven! I was completely comfortable that they were honest with me. Two days after the weather cleared up I drove up to Dallas and we completed the deal and I still never drove the car I purchased until I left for home (San Antonio, Texas) I was in the car Business for over 25 years, my last Position was Parts and Service Director at a BMW Dealership.
