2021 Toyota Camry TRD . Awesome Leasing experience with Tim who took the time to go over pricing and features on several different packages. Tim was very friendly and easy going. I felt no pressure and was Tim who took the time to go over pricing and features on several different packages. Tim was very friendly and easy going. I felt no pressure and wasn’t hit with any highball prices either. There was a shortage of new vehicles due to COVID shutdowns but given the current situation I was able to get into the exact vehicle that I wanted and at a fair price with little down. Even got my #1 color choice. The whole process was seamless, quick and easy and we left with the TRD Camry the same day. They even took care of contacting my insurance company, all I had to do was show them my insurance card for the car I traded in. We went to Dinner while the car was being prepped and when we got back Tim took time to go over the entire car pairing phones and all. The car was nicely prepped and even though Tim was scheduled to leave work at 5:00 he stayed with us until about 7:45 to make sure we got everything squared away and that we were satisfied. This is the 11th car I’ve leased since 1993 and this was one of the top 2 best experiences I have had. Two thumbs up to Tim and Smithtown Toyota. Thanks Bud !! More
