The overall dealership was impressive...very clean ,organized, and up to date. All of the employees that I dealt with were pleasant and not "pushy" or overly aggressive to get my business. Gerry Diaz was my sales specialist who was a pleasure to converse with throughout the entire sales experience. He was cordial, respectful, a good listener, admitted to not knowing some of my questions and was willing to find out the correct answer for those questions. After purchasing 10+ new cars in my lifetime, he was probably one of, if not, the most trusting car salesperson that I ever dealt with. KUDOS TO GERRY DIAZ!! KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!!

I have purchased 2017 Crosstrek from the dealer at the price they advertised. I was told there was no room for negotiation which I accepted. 5 hours after I came home I am getting email from the sales guy I have got the car from that the car got discounted $491!!!!
Sales manager gave me a lame excuse it was an internal mistake. Menawhile this car that I have purchased is posted on Ciocca Subaru website with lowered price! I took some screen shots and emailed them to the sales guy I worked with.
Obviously contract cannot be changed and I did not even expected that!
I wanted to get $491 parts/accessories credit which I was refused. I was also told nothing can be done!
Very bad experience!!! Jeff and Tina get 5 stars but Sean - sales manager gets 0
I will be contacting owner Greg Ciocca to have the difference returned to me as a accessories credit.
