Sirui Xie completed the documents for our Certified Lexus purchase and extended warranty in excellent fashion. were VERY satisfied with his service. Had to return to the dealership two times, due to administrative errors on their part, but Tito insisted to fill our gas tank for the inconvenience. We were impressed with Tito "making it right", and will consider Lexus of Henderson for our second car replacement purchase in the future. More
