She worked with the GM, Tobias, to give me an excellent offer on my trade and a bottom line i was comfortable with. There was no haggling or back and forth time wasted, which i greatly appreciated. Armando in finance was extremely helpful and easy to deal with as well. All around, I felt very valued by this dealership, especially Karen.
