We purchased our 3rd new vehicle from Tasca about 3 months ago. The dealership awesome and the selection is great. But our salesman Todd was not what we expected from Tasca. After the sale his cust months ago. The dealership awesome and the selection is great. But our salesman Todd was not what we expected from Tasca. After the sale his customer service skills suck. No response calls and texts. No response to calls. We wanted mud flaps and Weathertek floor mats as part of the sale. Supposedly they were ordered. We brought the truck in for its first oil change and asked Todd at 9:30am if he could put them in the vehicle while it’s in service. He responded at 3:41 and said he left them at the service desk. Duh! The vehicle was in for a 10:30 oil change. The truck was already gone by the time he responded. After speaking with him after that he said they would be mailed out to us in Connecticut. It’s been 2-1/2 weeks since he “sent “ them out. We will no but another vehicle from them and will be sure to tell all our groom this great experience. Sales manager he is definitely NOT!!!! More

I traveled from Tyngsboro Ma to Tasca to buy a car they had in stock. I had to make 2 trips to the dealership for financing paperwork. Todd took the time to talk to me and realized that i was traveling almost 2 hours each was and went above and beyond in customer service to have my new car delivered to my home so I didn’t have to make another trip. A positive experience at a time when many dealers are tacking on a "Market Adjustment" fee.
