Poor service. Sales was a joke, I worked with Tyler and the only concern was in making the sale. I was buying from another state was treated more like a criminal than a customer. Besides being asked very a the only concern was in making the sale. I was buying from another state was treated more like a criminal than a customer. Besides being asked very awkward questions, by Tyler and I'm guessing his sales manager, to verify where I lived, they wouldn't take a personal check (ok, I get that) and wouldn't take a bank issued cashiers check. Which left me the option of paying high fees to wire them the money or travel with a large amount of cash. The best part of the experience was working with Todd in finance. He was a straight shooter, personable and willing to go above and beyond to correct problems. More
