I began working with Crown in 1995, although I’ve been with Audi since 1999. I have one son, whom I enjoy spending time with, as well as fishing and riding my Harley.

I’m not sure what happened with Covid and all but the service dept at this Audi dealer went into the crapper. I have a new 2017 Q7 prestige with all timely services done by them. It came out of full warr service dept at this Audi dealer went into the crapper. I have a new 2017 Q7 prestige with all timely services done by them. It came out of full warranty few months ago (over 4 yrs) but only 38000 miles . And offcourse something major goes wrong and that is a WATER PUMP blows up!! These should last atleast 80-100k miles (to be changed with timing belt) but not ours. Regardless I asked Ms Jessica and she asks the service manager, Mr Todd Emery who say it’s a mechanical part and it can go bad. I was baffled and obviously frustrated for a sudden $1000 charge. I had been so proud and happy for a solid Quattro vehicle but this really puts a damper on the reliability of this brand! My wife (majority driver) hates it now. I asked them if I can use any coupons to help with over 2k bill (water pump, battery, oil change, tire rotation) or loyalty 10% courtesy discount and the flat answer was NO. It just shows they don’t care about you or keeping you loyalty to the brand. Todd was very rude on the phone and repeatedly kept saying it’s a mechanical part and it can go bad. No courtesy of saying anything polite to a frustrated customer. Very very awful experience period. More
