We had the work completed somewhere else. Not sure how going over Ford of Kirkland service estimate will help, since it was made very clear that a transmission and cooling unit was required. It was recommended to do the work and if I wanted to talk with sales department to see what options were available.

While I appreciate the acknowledgment and the apology, contacting the service manager did not yield any results. I called the provided number, spoke to an operator, and requested extension 192, but it went straight to voicemail. I left a message for Jimmy and waited all day for a return call, but unfortunately, I did not receive one. When I called back, I encountered the same result—another voice message. As of now, nothing has changed, and my review of Ford of Kirkland remains unchanged.
