Very disappointed. Went in perfectly ready to buy a new SUV. They were so bad at putting together a deal and even attempting to negotiate in good faith that I went to another brand that day and happily picked up a great new vehicle with 0% financing and exactly what I needed for my trade. I guess Acura does so well they can afford to lose good customers!

Recently leased my 3rd MDX from MotorWorld and continued to work with Dustin and Tom. Dustin did a great job with checking all of my options and helping me make the best choice..he was courteous and friendly and finished everything in a timely manner. I went to MotorWorld from New York probably because I am from PA. When we entered the showroom, we were met by Tim Coulter whom we immediately liked because of his friendliness, helpfulness, professionalism, and knowledge about the car which was of interest to us. He was responsive to my demands for the car's features which were important to me. The color of the car I wanted was not available, but I was impressed with Tim's ability to focus on the assests of the Acura; like performance, design, interior style and comfort and features such as voice activated navigation, lane assist, and blind spot system. Tim's willingness to drive our new car home to New York for us ( a one and a half hour drive ) calmed our anxiety about having to do so in the dark for the first time at the wheel. I believe that Tim Coulter is an asset to Motor World Acura and we will look forward to doing business with him again. Sincerely pleased with our experience with Tim Coulter, Tricia and David Alamo

Back to MotorWorld Acura again which resulted in another fantastic lease deal. We worked with another outstanding sales guy, Dustin Hettrich, a very knowledgeable guy that made the sale and whom in the end customized my car digitally for a very smooth transition into the new vehicle, thanks Dustin, I kept your business card. Much thanks to Tom Casey for again finding the color schemed car i had wanted and for listening to me vent during our negotiations, your the best!!!
