If Tom Cerise approaches you, turn around and run! It might even be a good idea to call the police, but at least call the manager on duty to make sure that you DO NOT DEAL WITH TOM! He flat out lied to me about the price of the vehicle, was quoting monthly payments and I kept checking that the price was what I was getting, payment didn't matter... Lie after lie. Then he added the extended warranty without saying a word.. Over 150 per month, and what's worse is that I never knew I had it so would never have used it! Thank God my wife is smarter than me and read all the papers when I got home. More

Great overall visit. Had added one other item to be looked at and had no problem figuring out a game plan with the vehicle. They Keep My Business I've got experiences over three vehicles with IG Honda. One was an Accord I bought in Hopkins and then moved to the IG area. I wanted to go back to I've got experiences over three vehicles with IG Honda. One was an Accord I bought in Hopkins and then moved to the IG area. I wanted to go back to a truck, so I got a Dodge Ram they had on the lot. As it turned out, that was kind of a lemon. However, they were excellent in providing service and courtesy cards and all-around kindness during my (frustrating) experiences. Finally, after three years, I was fed up and turned that truck in for a CRV - because I had driven one as a courtesy car, and liked it. Understanding I was trading in a lemon, they took care of me and helped me get out from being WAY underwater with the new lease. Great service and people skills. More
