When we returned to the dealership, Ken Welsh, Melissa Grace, Ken Godfrey and Tom Cobb worked on our camper diligently until the problem was resolved. There wasn't one employee from the service department (or other departments as a matter of fact) that didn't stop when passing us to ask if there was anything we needed. They even took time to spoil our 135 pound St. Bernard, who was along for her first camping trip. Without a doubt, this dealership is the real deal. Some would think that service so early wasn't good, but we found that it gave us an opportunity to meet the employees that will be servicing our camper and to witness their hard work and commitment to their customers. When we finally decided on the 2014 Crusader, he made all of the arrangements to have the hitch installed on our truck. The day we picked up our unit did not go as planned. The delay was definitely necessary. The AC on our trailer did not check out properly so our delivery was delayed until a new AC unit could be delivered to Dodd RV. Going this extra mile to make sure sure we received a ready to camp unit. Neither my wife nor myself are new to the RV scene as each of us have previously dealt with other dealers so this level of service was unexpected. More
