The level of customer service from all the employees I dealt with was phenomenal, but Sabrina was extraordinary! She helped me set up my Bluetooth and explained all the "bells & whistles" of my new car. I had to go back in to get a service done and again Sabrina blew me out of the water with her sense of urgency in tending to my needs. If you're in the market for a vehicle go to Northend and see her and I promise you won't be let down! Sabrina is a rockstar! More

If you've bought a car before, I still recommend going there because they are awesome! I showed up with only a price range in mind, and Sabrina Ramondelli was a car sales superstar! She had well though out, extremely knowledgeable answers to every question thrown at her, and went above and beyond to make sure she found the perfect car for us! She even connected us to her insurance agency which gave us a deal that cut the quotes we found on our own in half. Tom's the bomb and was very nice and fast in his work; He found us a fantastic deal and our payments were better than I imagined. The lot itself is the perfect size, not overwhelmingly huge or disappointingly small; Very clean and organized. In the future, I will be sure to go to Sabrina at North End Mazda every time! More

Great Experience! Everyone I interacted with at North End Mazda was fantastic, from beginning to end. I really liked that they had the option to text with them, too. When I went to the dealership to look at the car, everyone was very friendly and up-front. I never once felt like I was being pressured or deceived. Jason was very nice and knowledgeable when I first inquired about the car and went in to see it, and Mike, who was also very nice, got me a great loan through one of their partner banks. I signed papers with Tom, and that was quick and easy. Danny was super! He was our main point of contact, and provided great customer service and guidance throughout the entire process. Danny sat in the car with me and showed me how to use all the tech options that I'm not used to, and made sure I was comfortable in my new car. It was an exciting and totally non-stressful experience. They answered all of our questions completely and were totally transparent. I would recommend these guys to anyone. :) More

Easiest Car Buying experience of my life! Mark was amazing. Easy going, and there was no pressure to buy. From the moment I walked in to the moment I drove away (in my new car the next day!) Gave me his cell number so I could text him at anytime with questions. He, along with Eric when Mark was called away, went through all the features of the car with me, and made sure that I was comfortable with everything before I left. Every person I interacted with, from Mark and Eric, to Adam in parts and Jesse who checked out my trade in, was friendly and easy to deal with. I will definitely be returning in the future! More
