Afterwards, we sat down and started talking about the car more and we also talked about super heroes in both comics and movies in a relaxed manner. He helped me strike the deal I was looking for, including trading in my old vehicle (which I got a better offer on than I anticipated). This was my first time buying a car and overall I had a great experience here. More

Always going above and beyond I have bought several vehicles from Germain Toyota over the years. The since 2017 this is the 3rd vehicle we have bought. All of which we were looking for a vehicle with color and options that was hard to find in this area. All three cases they have traded with other dealers ships to get what we wanted. One case they had to go as far as New York state to get it for us. The last two vehicles we had the same salesman (Omar Jackson). He is always friendly and follows up frequently letting us know how the search is going. It has really been a pleasure working with him. I also worked with Tom Lambardo in Finance who was very friendly and helpful. Back in 2017 he was the salesman that sold me the last Highlander I bought. Having a familiar face to work with on the Finance side was also a plus. More

Lies, they one thing they know how to do I have done business with many dealerships in the years including one previous here at Germain. What sets this transaction apart is it was built on li I have done business with many dealerships in the years including one previous here at Germain. What sets this transaction apart is it was built on lies. I will start by saying I am credit challenged. I walked in after doing an online inquiry about a vehicle and met with Linda. Linda was pleasant to work with and put everything together and it was at a price I as shocked and jumped on, but then when it came down it a mistake was made and new numbers had to be ran because they priced the wrong car. Mistakes happen and I understood. I was trading in my 2019 Subaru which was paid for. I was promised by Linda that it would not be sold until the loan was finalized and funded, that is the policy I was told, so i was comfortable going into it knowing if there was an issue I would get my Subaru back. I then went to the finance office and met with Tom and Tom again assured me that 1. The financing was going to go through, no issues but if there was an issue, my Subaru would be there waiting. I sign the paperwork including a limited right to cancel and then the next day get a call that I needed to sign new paperwork because the bank would not fund the loan but another would and the term were slightly better. I go in, sign the paperwork and go on with my life. I checked and saw the Subaru was online and for sale and was shocked because I was told it would not be until everything was funded on the loan. Fast forward to day 19, today. The Subaru has been sold and my last contact with the bank was they were not gonna be able to fund the loan. Now I am in a bind, if this car is not financed I have to give it back and they sold my trade after being promised they would not. The only reason for 2 stars instead of 1 is because Linda has been open and even responding to text well past working hours. More
