The facility is spotless with a wide selection of models. In my previous experience with the other dealer in the bay area, I found it difficult to get acknowledged or simple questions answered. Tom McAfee made time for me, had me test drive the cars and was concerned not with just selling me a car but the right car for my interests. In summary, if you are looking for a Ferrari go to the Mill Valley location. It is worth the drive. They will spend the time to answer your questions and give you a good experience. P.S. - the scenery of the test drive is spectacular. More

This story should have started about 2 years ago if I would have known this website. When I first walked in about 2 years ago. I bought a Ferrari from Tom Mcafee. He is one of the most honest and straight forward sales person I have ever deal with. I have been treated nicely and professionaly. This sale has lead to another story below. This time is my purchase of a 2012 Maserati Grantourismo S. The whole process was done with only a couple phone calls. Of course plus going to the dealership signing paperworks and pay. I told him the car I wanted from his dealership website, and my current situation in order for me to make the purschase. Although the trade of my Porsche was lower than what I needed. He managed to make it happened for me. I can tell Tom has put a lot of efforts getting my trade for the higest dollor, and talking to his company manager to lower the sale price further to cover part of the upside down for the trade. If you're in the market for a Ferrari or Maserati, but don't want to waste time playing games with the salesman back and forth. I highly recommand Tom Mcafee. He will do his best to make it happen. I purchased a 2007 F-430 coupe, with the CPO Guarantee. I was a little nervous buying a car from a dealership 2000 miles away, sight unseen. Fortuantly James Chou and Tom Mcafee put me at ease, and delivered a spetacular automobile that I couldn't be happier with. After receiving the car, it was discovered that there was a problem with the gear shifter. James, Tom, and Mark Paddack arrainged for he car to be picked up at my house in St. Louis and taken to their other dealership in Texas. There Steve the service manager went outo of his way to fix and return the car as soon as the parts came in. All of this was done at their exspense. They even shipped the car back to me on a 1 day hot shot delivery so I could have it for this weekend Ferrari Club of Saint Louis event. This will be my 5th Ferrari, and certanly will not be my last. My next one will also be purchased from them. Thank you Ferrari for selecting such terrific dealerships such as Ferrari of San Francisco to represent your cars, which are the ultimate vehicles, no questions asked. The dealer was available to answer all my questions regarding the vehicle and was quick to respond a very rewarding and overall positive experience. The dealer was available to answer all my questions regarding the vehicle and was quick to respond to my inquiries on price and my negotiations related to price flexibility, availability of the vehicle and options available for completing the sale on an out of state purchase. It was advantageous to go with Maserati/Ferrari of San Francisco because of the knowledgeable staff who provided me with the resources needed, although I was remote. I was able to negotiate price and was provided with a fair price for my purchase; I received the car after it was transported from the west coast to east and I am happy with my purchase. Thanks to Kelly Lowry and Tom McAfee, the sales process for out of state purchases has never been easier. I have bought multiple cars from multiple locations and this was by far the easiest transaction because of the skills this team has in making sure that the process is seamless and centralized. James Chou and Tom McAfee were informative and helpful through my special order process for my dream car. Both of them, along with Mark Paddack (the Sales Director) recommended options that would fit the through my special order process for my dream car. Then, they kept me abreast of the order status of the car as it was being built, and e-mailed me often while it was in transit. As it happened, it arrived earlier than anticipated -- and the delivery date was set on the day of a "Ferrari Driving Experience" event, organized by Ferrari of San Francisco. Imagine being surrounded by snarling red Ferraris at the racetrack, driving them around at speed, under the watchful and professional eyes of their instructors, then concluding the day by picking up your own specially ordered Ferrari. What a fantastic day! Thanks to the FoSF team for making it happen. James and Tom are part of a great team at FoSF.
