Criswell Ford set the bar across the board for a perfect remote experience. From the moment I reached out with a brief inquiry on their website and their sales people were not only responsive, but extremely remote experience. I drove 2 hours away sight unseen to this vehicle and it was absolutely FLAWLESS. They sent the car out for detail, waited until closing to hand me the key, and asked me if I had any questions before I pulled off. Driving it few days later. Absolutely LOVE my mustang. Yes it was on the paper but my mother and I both were new in the process of buying a car and didn’t know much about the financial aspects. They took our vulnerability and used it to their advantage to make money. Ended up refinancing with another bank for only 3% interest rate. The finance manager who helped us, Tom Ross, definitely scammed us in order to get as much money as he possible could and we unfortunately let them. When trying to get back the $1,000 GAP insurance (because we didn’t need it when refinancing though another bank it’s was only $400 for the new bank) they gave us almost every excuse for us to not cancel it (even though we were allowed to cancel within 30 days). When we went in person to get that cancelled I asked for him to give us a paper in order to confirm it was cancelled and that I would receive that money back, he said “I don’t have anything where I can do that”. I said “make one” then he prints out a paper that is exactly what I needed. He lied about it. Very awful dealership would not recommend buying from them. If you do buy a car from them, make sure you research before you buy. I will never make that mistake again. The car I bought from them ended up getting totaled (a deer jumped out so I wasn’t at fault) ended up getting a nicer, newer car for a cheaper price from a different dealership. In the end, it worked out for me. This was last year and I never got around to making this review until today because …… Fast forward to today, they just sent me a letter saying “we want to buy your car” I called and told them I would never do business with them again and then the guy hung up on me after explaining the situation that happened. More

I contacted Georg Valley I had found the best prices in Northern VA the last few years. But the customer service and relationship was sorely lacking. I contacted George for a price on my new 2022 F350 order and without any hassle whatsoever they had the best price by far in the area. The entire experience has been nothing but seamless, straight forward, and beyond positive. My cousin and brothers who also own businesses have had similar negative experiences elsewhere. They all agree that they will now be taking all of their business to Criswell and George will be our salesperson of choice. George and Criswell have been a pleasure to do deal with and have a much needed (and appreciated) "let's build a lasting relationship" attitude. Definite 5 star experience. I look forward to many more years working together. More
