If you are looking for any vehicle, new or used, and want the best possible buying experience look no further. Doug is the most professional, hassle free, honest, and fun guy to work with. He listened to what I needed and wanted, and helped guide me and my family into the best possible vehicle I could ask for, to include giving me the best rate around. After a few test drives of several vehicles, we found the one we wanted. As I am currently in the military, and am gone from home on a regular basis I didn't have time to go in person and talk numbers and price... I trust Doug so much, we worked out price, financing and rate over the phone! [Which I normally don't recommend nor would ever do] I must hand it to him and the staff behind the scenes for having me in and out in a timely manner that worked with my schedule after hours, paperwork done in literally 5 min, [including warrenty] , thanks Mike, [again over the phone] all at an unbelievable price. Must give thanks to Tom Stegman as well for putting up with my frugalness. I might also add that Doug takes the time to not just talk shop and truly cares about his customers as 6 months prior, he worked with me when I was ready to pull the trigger on a car, we found one, I test drove one for a whole weekend was ready to buy and a day before I was going to purchase, life happened.. i had some family, medical issues amd timing is wrong. Doug was understanding, rather than blow me off because I didn't buy, he actually checked up on my family and I later that week. What an all around good guy and phenomenal person. Again, if your looking for a vehicle, and want the best possible man and buying experience, call Doug! More

He was very helpful and rode with us on a test drive as we knew very littl We recently purchased a used 2010 Expedition from Cody at this dealership. He was very helpful and rode with us on a test drive as we knew very little about the area. After the test ride we were able to make a deal. We picked up the vehicle the next evening, around closing time. We experienced a problem on the way home with it and contacted Cody regarding the problem that night . He was not at work the next day but was helpful in directing my problem to another team member, Mr. Lorts, but didn't communicate directly with him, only voice messages left for him, eventually leading us to work with Mr. Tom Stegeman (OUTSTANDING). He was very prompt in helping us resolve our problem. We were able to return the vehicle 4 days, (they wanted it sooner but we couldn't get it there sooner) after purchase for repair. Upon arrival, my wife was met at the door by Cody, he was very friendly and apologetic that we had a problem. He directed her to the service waiting area, which was awesome. The problem was resolved very quickly and she was on her way. Very professional sales and service, I would recommend anyone who wants to buy a vehicle to buy it from this company.
