When we visit, sometimes only to look at the models, our salesman, Tom Terrill, always have a friendly greeting and is always ready to answer questions; and, I haven't stumped him yet. He's very professional and courteous with a no-pressure sales approach that we really appreciate. (Underscore that last sentence.) The actual buying process both times we bought a vehicle at Flemington BMW was made so easy. Tom anticipates everything you need to know and makes helpful suggestions and offers tips as well. During these times of Covid19, I am impressed with how clean the premises is and how careful the employees are in making you comfortable with their Covid19 protocols. BTW, I like the decor, too. We love the drive-yourself through car wash and vacuuming station. We like to keep our vehicles looking good and we enjoy doing this ourselves. Tom Terrill and service manager, Dana Claxton, remember us and know what we need. We appreciate that about the dealership. I have had dealings with other agencies, but no more.
