Upon arrival I was greeted immediately with kind tones and wonderful attitudes. To which I would be helped by Mr. Terrill who was an energetic straight shooter. There was no over embellishment, my questions were not only answered without hesitation but if they could be demonstrated they were. The nature of our meeting was over potential purchase of a car, but he did not treat me like a sale. I was spoken to very authentically and what originally was an anxious 2 hour drive to the dealership turned into “a chat with a friend I haven’t seen in a while”. I was unable to meet much of the other staff but if you want a BMW do me a favor and talk to Tom. More

Traveled to Flemington BMW (about 2.5hrs) since they had the only model in stock for 100+ miles! Definitely worth the trip! The car is impeccable and the whole experience was easy and streamlined. With the car we wanted in mind we prepped a lot of the paperwork items through the week ahead of arriving and were very pleased with how quickly the whole closing process was.
