Cindy patiently walked me through the credit application despite some computer glitches, and I got the feedback within minutes. When we walked into the beautiful dealership showroom, we received immediate attention. Greg offered us water and introduced us to Tom who did a phenomenal job of showing us the features and functionalities of the vehicle. After preparing some paperwork, Greg took over and smoothly went through the initial paperwork with us, then took us to Noha's office for financing. Noha did a great job of presenting us with options to ensure an enjoyable experience with our vehicle. As we were pressed for time, we stepped out for a quick drive in the vehicle with Greg. Noha did everything to complete the paperwork in record time, rushed and handed the package to us in the vehicle and we were on our way. I was very apprehensive at first, not knowing anyone at the dealer or the area. I live about 30minutes away. I can't say enough about Tom as my sales contact. He was outstanding. No slick sales gimmicks, no pressure, no attempts at manipulative ploys. Just great, accommodating service.
