Not only is he very knowledgeable about the BMW fleet of vehicles but he is incredibly professional, patient, and honest. He actively listens to his client's needs and makes excellent recommendations. Tom is low-key and you never feel pressured to make a hasty decision. From start to finish, we felt that Tom worked with us to insure that we were satisfied with our purchase. He took great care to make sure that when we picked the vehicle up, it was impeccable and he spent a great deal of time reviewing it's features, connecting our cell phones to Bluetooth, and introducing us to the countless technological features of this fabulous new SUV! Me and my wife have test driven on two different occasions and he was always ready with the car with the right features that we wanted to drive. I generally don't take the time to write reviews, and I rarely use superlatives. However, Flemington BMW and its great staff, in particular Tom Terrill (Client Advisor) and Ed Kiley (New Car Manager), are the best and deserve the highest grades in every category. They are very nice and consistently have treated us fairly. We have never felt rushed or pressured into making a decision, and Tom Terrill has always been willing to give us whatever time and information we've needed to configure our BMWs thoughtfully. Moreover, we have never had to compromise; we've been able to get the cars that we've wanted, configured as we've wanted. Tom has always been very helpful after delivery too, and we are very pleased with Flemington BMW's service department. We plan to be back for BMW 11. More
