Regarding my sales experience. Summit was able to provide better financing. The salesman, Tommy was too busy with other customers, I rate that experience as barely acceptable. There was not proper disclosure of all the aftermarket updates. The lift kit and extra large wheels was not properly disclosed. There were problems with the startup of the vehicle and shaking of steering wheel while driving. I assumed wheels out of balance and purchased extended warranty to mitigate my risk. As it turns out, there was problems with the self leveling pellets in the wheels that was causing much of the problems. Cost me $150 to get corrected. Jeep now rides much better and startup improved. As such, and with my prior experience purchasing vehicles, the best total purchase experience rating I can provide is 6 out of 10. My finance guy was very good but do not remember his name. Overall, I believe I am please with my purchase but believe I may have paid too much given the amount of (non-disclosed) aftermarket upgrades and associated problems. I understand the aftermarket upgrades make the vehicle illegal in the state of Wisc. More
