Bought my car from Tommy last year and he made the entire process pleasurable. I then had my first oil change not long ago and they even gad my car detailed. Although I could go anywhere, I recently entire process pleasurable. I then had my first oil change not long ago and they even gad my car detailed. Although I could go anywhere, I recently brought my car in for NY State Inspection and had a great adviser Tony .I was even given a voucher for complimentary car wash at a local car wash. I have Sarant Cadillac cards in my waiting area and speak highly of Tommy and now Tony as well when cars come up in conversation. All good!! More

I have been to 2 other dealerships for the same cosmetic issue with no success of obtaining the correct replacement parts on a 2019 CT6. I showed up days early to Sarant's service center due to a computer g issue with no success of obtaining the correct replacement parts on a 2019 CT6. I showed up days early to Sarant's service center due to a computer glitch that sent me text to be there a head of schedule so Amazingly they took me in anyway to evaluate the cosmetic issue plus address a new a/c issue. Extremely nice, attentive, from greeting in the service area, sitting down to go over any and all issues, all the way to administrative employees. Resolved my a/c issue that day and received a call my part was in just a couple of days later, scheduled for part replacement and I am confident it will go smoothly and if not, they will kingly accommodate me as you would expect from any quality service center. I believe in second opinions for all major choices in life and maybe going even a little bit out of your way to get to Sarant is worth it. More

When I first arrived for my appointment for a state inspection and an oil change, I presented the service writer a coupon I received from you (Sarant Cadillac) in the mail to get my oil changed for $7 inspection and an oil change, I presented the service writer a coupon I received from you (Sarant Cadillac) in the mail to get my oil changed for $74.95. I was told that would be taken care on my billing.I proceeded to the waiting room. After the multi-point inspection was completed, it was recommended that I should get an alignment and I agreed to have that work done also. When the work was completed I paid my bill and left. I didn't review the paper work until I was home when I noticed I was charged $90.56 for the oil change and the coupon I presented for $74.95 was never applied. I don't fault anyone, I think it was simply forgotten. i More

It was the cordial welcome I received after scheduling a visit. The immediate attention on schedule, and the thoroughness of advising me as to what was to be worked on in a general check up.
