From April 2017 when I bought the Altima, to August 2017 when I traded the Altima for the BMW, Vince, Eddie, Tony, Randu & Deondre the finance guy have all been the epitome of stellar customer service! I've never left the dealership disappointed. They were all easy to do business with and made sure they did everything possible to make my visits a memorable one! Thanks Fellas!!!

Love the sales dept. , service dept. Not so good. Made a appointment and got there 30 minutes early. Sat in the service dept pull through for almost ten min before someone finally help me
Never told me his name but said ok for a oil change. I ask him to get them to look or clean my shifter. He said ok. I made my Way to the service dept. Lounge. After sitting down for a few minutes I remembered I also wanted the tires rotated .I could see the service manager and ask him to add that. He said no problem. After about two hours I was told it was ready. I was so glad to go I didn't even think about the shifter. When I got to Covington I stopped at the store and noticed that they didn't clean the shifter. I called and was greeted by a young ilady in the service dept. I told her my problem but she didn't sound like she understood what I was talking about. When I ask her if she understood she got a terrible attitude, she put me on hold for over ten minutes. Then I got disconnected, called back and she again put me on hold real quick. She said my service cornator was name Toni. I ended up leaving him a message but never got a call back.Today I called back and ask for service manager, was told he was out bit gave me a lady voicemail. That was around 11 am. Still no call back!!!! Not happy.
