My response to a text follow up from a 2nd service due to vehicle having issues from a 150k service. Thank you for the follow-up. Tom was great from a communication and understanding perspective given the ci vehicle having issues from a 150k service. Thank you for the follow-up. Tom was great from a communication and understanding perspective given the circumstances. With that said I am still wondering what I paid almost $700 for in May. The inspection and recommended services differ tremendously. I appreciate the attempt to make things right but has not given me any added confidence in having my vehicle serviced at this location. I am not able to honestly recommend anyone seek out service from Mark Miller Mid-town. More

I bought my 2015 Subaru Forster from Mark Miller Subaru and have always had it service by them as well. I had always been satisfied with the service work done on it - until today. I was charged $145 to adj and have always had it service by them as well. I had always been satisfied with the service work done on it - until today. I was charged $145 to adjust the parking brake; I looked it up online and cost estimates in the SLC area for this job ranged from $45-57. When I called to complain, the service manager (Tony) said the $145 charge included "diagnosis" and repair. I felt totally ripped off and will never return to Mark Miller Subaru again. Not for repairs, not for purchase. They lost me as a customer forever. No way it took an hour to diagnose and repair - this was a simple adjustment of the parking brake cable. More

Fast service. Only thing I would recommend is when someone looks lost that workers approach them, even if its not their job. Many people saw me and made eye contact with me, but no one came to ask if someone looks lost that workers approach them, even if its not their job. Many people saw me and made eye contact with me, but no one came to ask if I needed something. The people that made eye contact were not with anyone physically at the time either. Other then that the service was nice. Every time I've gone here I appreciate the service. The girls at the beverage/food center came over and asked if I'd like a drink. I will visit this dealership first when it comes time to purchasing a vehicle because of the outstanding service I have always received More

As expected after 20 plus years with Mark Miller Subaru. Funny that I got a Starlink alert about low tire pressure in Outback which my wife was out driving. Aired up right rear tire that had slow leak and brought in to Mark Miller. Service guys fixed it and found the tire only had three nails in it. Weird that it lost no air on drive down from Park City. More
