Well I had a mature salesman, that made my trade-in experience wonderful. He was knowledgable, kind and honest as well as, understood my need regarding a vehicle for family safety and use. The person that set up my appointment was extremely unprofessional. Also, service member asked about the reasoning for bringing my vehicle but, failed to accurately listen to what i was saying. Lastly, please inform your employees that they should be wearing their mask at all times while INDOORS. Just because one is standing behind plexiglass does not mean transmission is non existent. The plexiglass doesnt contain your staff in a confined space so please address that. They might not care about themselves but they can surely spread in to others who do and are vulnerable. More
