Buyers beware. Live in SC drove 2 1/2 hours one way 276 miles round trip. Salesman Tony Reid was great purchased 2018 Jeep Compass. Was issued a 30 day tag. 30 days later no license plate called dealership spoke to finance mgr Chris M, title clerk Jennifer. They claimed DMV in SC was running behind and was told I needed to purchase a 15 day tag or I could pay for the tags after I had already signed the contract where they were to take care of that so we purchase a 15 day tag to allow them more time. 15 day tag is expired call again spoke to Jennifer, and Tony Z who sent another 30 day tag overnight to buy more time. Again I was told to go to the DMV and purchase the tag and they would refund us. But I didn’t pay them for me to do their job. So today 6/25/18 after speaking to 6 different people through the process of this issue 56 days later we went to the DMV and paid for the tag plus a fine. Come to find out they didn’t title the vehicle till 6/6/18 per Brian Cramer who is one of the floor sales mgr(?) who claimed Craig Smith was his gm who is the sales director. GM is Qwame Jackson. However, after being jerked around for almost 60 days and constantly being lied to. How funny is it the dealership wants to mail us a check for the tag and fine plus $100. I guess they think that will resolve the issue. Nope. I signed the contract with agreement with dealership they take care of tags and we pay for the sc taxes. Once those papers are signed it is a legal binding contract. So Brian Cramer. I will never go to Lake Norman Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram again. It’s funny how I purchased my Honda from Cadillac of Fayetteville NC and on the 30th day my tag was hand delivered to me. The trip was worth it for my son to help him purchase his first vehicle but never again will I go to this dealership. I have never known the dmv to send a dealership money back for tags they are responsible for(?) Jennifer! They are a bunch of fake rude no skills in customer service and people who think the public don’t know the loops or laws also people who speak above the customer and not allowing the customer to speak and pretty much belittling the customer. Mr. Salzman I do hope you address these issues in house because from my research this is not the first time this has happened to your customers by the staff there. I am not a happy customer.

The atmosphere is very relaxed and I never felt pressure of any kind. The process was very painless and quick, which was refreshing. The staff, from top to bottom, is super friendly and professional. I will buy my next car from Lake Norman Dodge and will recommend them to everyone! Thanks, all!
