Worst experience ever at this location and definitely not use their service. Will never buy a truck from them again, to the point I will never buy a Ford again. License plate holder fell off, no damage whats use their service. Will never buy a truck from them again, to the point I will never buy a Ford again. License plate holder fell off, no damage whatsoever to the holder, not even a dent or scratch to it or the bumper. The plastic brackets behind the holder were broke, which was likely caused during the assembly of the vehicle. Apparently Ford tough cannot take mosquito impact. Anyhow. No such thing as a bumper to bumper warranty here. Even purchased extended warranty, no help. These guys take your money and do not own up to what they say. I would advise anyone to take their money and their business elsewhere. Oh and by the way, according to them, they are booked up in the service department until July, and it’s only mid March, not a good look for Ford or the product they are selling. If you don’t believe me try calling and scheduling a warranty service appointment. More

My wife and I had a good experience with Toya and McCombs West buying our new Ford truck. McCombs West had the exact F-150 we wanted and Toya was the perfect person to work with us on the purchase. Toya was West buying our new Ford truck. McCombs West had the exact F-150 we wanted and Toya was the perfect person to work with us on the purchase. Toya was so friendly and professional the negotiations were actually fun. Afterwards, Toya texted, emailed, and also called us a couple times just to make sure everything was okay and we were still happy. We're looking forward to coming in to get our new license plates; look at some accessories; and say hello to Toya. If you’re in the market for a new Ford, go by McCombs West and ask for Toya. You'll be glad you did! PS: we just love our new F-150 Texas Edition More

Dropped my 2015 F150 off for it's 95,000 mile check-up. Toya called me after I got back home, asked me to call her when I returned to the dealership for my vehicle. I did, she came over to meet me ( I real Toya called me after I got back home, asked me to call her when I returned to the dealership for my vehicle. I did, she came over to meet me ( I really did come to buy a new vehicle, must admit that I had thought about it), do we walked over to a beautiful dark blue 2022 F150 crewcab, 4x4. I bought the Damm thing. I'm very happy with my purchase and my salesperson, Toya. I was most impressed by her knowledge of the vehicle. She knew the truck inside and out. I got a good deal on my trade-in, and I love the new truck. It tows the boat 10 times better than the 5.0. More

On 4 May 2023 at around 1030, my wife and I visited McCombs Ford West in San Antonio, Texas to order an additional key for my Ford vehicle. When we arrived, I asked how long it would take, as I only ha McCombs Ford West in San Antonio, Texas to order an additional key for my Ford vehicle. When we arrived, I asked how long it would take, as I only had one vehicle, and my 8-month pregnant wife and toddler were with me. I was told no more than 2 hours. This worked for us. To kill time, we decided to look around the car lot, but not intending to purchase anything. As soon as we walked onto the lot, sales representatives swarmed us. One after the other approached us as we politely indicated we were okay and discussing among ourselves. However, sales consultant Maurice Allen insisted on following us after we told him we were not interested in buying anything. To add insult to injury, he lacked fundamental knowledge of the vehicles we toured and tried telling my wife the wrong information about 4WD/RWD vehicles. After listening to him spout incorrect information and walking around the lot for about three hours, we told Maurice we were taking a break. Soon after we sat down to rest and talk, Maurice brought us numbers for two of the cars we appeared remotely interested in. However, the numbers were not appealing to us, and we were exhausted. So, we politely said no and returned to the service department to retrieve our vehicle. At this point, four hours had lapsed since we arrived for service, but we were told that our vehicle was not ready and that the machine had been inoperative since we arrived. Frustrated, we asked why we were not told about the machine initially, as we would have returned another day. Unable to respond, they stated they would try again and have the key ready in 30 minutes. We were stunned and disappointed by this response because how does an inoperative machine suddenly work when we complain? However, 30 minutes later, we received our key and were finally on our way. As soon as we walked out the door, sales manager Shayan Goodarzi cornered us and told us the dealership was willing to lower the price of one of the vehicles we were interested in. By this point, (1) it was past lunchtime, (2) our daughter had already soiled her outfit, (3) and we were all dehydrated. However, we express that we would be willing to entertain the offer if we qualify, but only after we nourish ourselves with food and water. Within 30 minutes after reviewing the numbers, we are back and processing the paperwork to buy the vehicle. Aside from the pushy finance sales rep Xiaoxing He, borderline pressuring us to accept what he believed a good deal on GAP and vehicle warranty, we were finally moving along. However, things turned sour once we signed our contract and walked out to retrieve the vehicle we had just contracted for - Maurice immediately informed us that our car was not ready to drive off the lot. Specifically, he tells us we are missing a key that a member of their team lost, and we would need to come back another day to get it cut and programmed. Thus, we would have to go through the same process we had just gone through today. We then told him this would have been important information because it would have been a significant change for us – we would have likely asked for another vehicle or postponed purchasing the car. In response, Maurice stated, "You just need to return for the key… it's free." Visibly upset, my wife calmly explained that what is simple for you is not simple for others. I.e., my wife explained how she took off work today to ensure we had the time to run errands and a plan for our toddler. Moreover, given the chaos of getting an additional key that day, we had no idea when we would be able to resolve the outstanding items. Disappointed, we said we would just address it in our overall review and began to walk away. However, sales manager Troy Thorpe wildly approached us and said "we will void the deal." To make matters worse, he (1) was loud, aggressive, (2) stepped towards my family and (3) threw his hands up in our faces. We have more to say. More
