I had a very good experience at this dealer. I live 150 miles away and emailed back and forth with Travis about a 2023 Outback Wilderness without the OP22 package (hard to find elsewhere in the I live 150 miles away and emailed back and forth with Travis about a 2023 Outback Wilderness without the OP22 package (hard to find elsewhere in the state!). We quickly and easily settled on an out-the-door price and he was also very helpful in setting up arrangements for a vehicle I wanted to trade-in (a 2011 370Z). When I arrived at the dealership to pick up my new car it was a very relaxed atmosphere - no hype, no pressure, just clear sailing through the process. George in the F&I office was great to work with and very efficient at processing all the paperwork. Charles, the Sales Manager was quite personable and I'm glad we got a chance to meet before I headed back home. Also, kudos to the service tech, who's name I don't recall, for checking with me about some accessories I was adding onto the car. I only got to chat with Tina long enough to set up a phone meeting in a couple of weeks but I look forward to reviewing the technology with her that is built into this vehicle. (There's a lot to learn!!) More

I was looking online to purchase a pre owned car and corresponded with several other dealerships. Every single one of them quoted me an out-the-door price that was OVER 3500 dollars more than the listed corresponded with several other dealerships. Every single one of them quoted me an out-the-door price that was OVER 3500 dollars more than the listed price. In one case it was almost 5000 more! I saw a car listed at Subaru Superstore of Surprise and I corresponded with Travis. He gave me a very reasonable quote. I made an offer and I appreciate the fact that he recommended I look at the car to ensure that I liked it before doing any negotiating.I test drove the car and wanted it so I made and offer and they accepted it. My entire experience with Subaru Superstore was excellent. They did not try to sell me anything I did not need or want and everyone was respectful and professional. I noticed that all the people who visited while I was there were all treated with the same regard.thank you to Travis,David,George and Charles for doing a great job!!! More
