I am always impressed with the Beav Hyundai service dept. Always a friendly greeting at check in. When I checked in I reminded the gen th lawman about the car wash voucher. When I picked up the car I kiddingly mentioned to the cashier about being out of the vouchers and the she smiled and said she had some stowed away and gave me one Which I promptly used when I left. Unfortunately I dont remember the names of the check in guy or the cashier but again both were GREAT! More

I dealt with three employees at this dealership when I bought my new car; the Salesman, the man who made me an offer on my trade-in, and the person that wrote up the contract and took my payment. The Sale bought my new car; the Salesman, the man who made me an offer on my trade-in, and the person that wrote up the contract and took my payment. The Salesman gave good service, the man that made me an offer on my trade-in was rude and condescending and the Finance person was kind and professional. I really wanted my car buying experience to be a good one but it was not. Respect for the customer should be their number one priority. I don't feel it was. I will NOT be buying another vehicle from this dealership. More

As usual, GREAT service. Brought my car in for 1st complimentary service on my 2021 Elantra lease. They also took care of recall/update. In addition they found a transmission leak and have worked me i complimentary service on my 2021 Elantra lease. They also took care of recall/update. In addition they found a transmission leak and have worked me in to get that fixed in less than a week. The gentleman that checked me in was a new employee but you would never know it based on his explanation of the update needed and the problem with the tranny. He was obviously not new to the business. Also great customer service from Travis Taylor. He was my salesman on my first Elantra lease and was instrumental in my second lease even though he is in a management position. I always ask if he's working to say hi. He wasnt too busy at the moment and came out to greet me and got me checked in for my service. The lady in reception (dont remember her name) also was extremely friendly and went out of her way to let Travis know Ixwas looming for him and assisted me with the coffee machine.
