THERE ARE NO WORDS!!! ALL WE CAN SAY IS THERE ARE NO WORDS TO DESCRIBE HOW DISAPPOINTED WE ARE IN HOW WE WERE TREATED BY DAN CUMMINS. WE WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER VEHICLE FROM ALL WE CAN SAY IS THERE ARE NO WORDS TO DESCRIBE HOW DISAPPOINTED WE ARE IN HOW WE WERE TREATED BY DAN CUMMINS. WE WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER VEHICLE FROM THEM AGAIN AFTER OUR EXPERIENCE. WE ALSO COULD NOT SUGGEST THEM TO OUR FRIENDS EITHER. THEY REFUSED TO HONOR A WRITTEN CONTRACT AND USED A LOOP HOLE TO GET OUT OF PAYING FOR REPAIRS THE MANAGER SIGNED OFF ON. WE WERE ALSO INSULTED BY ONE OF THE MANAGERS WHO ASSUMED WE WERE POOR FOR WHATEVER REASON. More

I was assisted by Trey Congleton and Zach Toomey- who were both so helpful! They made sure to answer every question I had about the vehicle, and got me a car payment that I couldn't believe! Tim Hendershot handled the finance part of the deal and made it such an easy process. Dan Cummins truly goes above and beyond for their customers and I will never shop anywhere else! More

He was very helpful with the purchase and any questions that I had concerning the vehicle. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle. Trey made sure I was very happy with my purchase. Finance people were great too. I had the pleasure of working with Anthony in the finance department. He went through all the paperwork with me, explaining things as I signed. He made sure to answer any questions that I may have had about the paperwork. Never at any time did I feel uneasy or pressured about the deal. The whole process at Dan Cummins was professional. 2016 Chevy 2500hd crew diesel Excellent salesperson. Jordan Barnett was very nice, relaxed, patient, and accommodating. Sales manager Trey was very nice as well. Felt that he actually tried to help me find discounts that would get us closer on price. Process took longer than desired. Financing portion was focused on payments which for most people is good but mentioned nothing about interest rate till in finance office. Finance person, Brenna, was very nice and worked hard to fulfill my desire for a low interest rate. Might be better to have a brief printed rundown of all the add ons(extended, warranty, road hazard,etc) to look at before getting to finance person. It's a lot of decisions to make with very little info. It's an inconsistent approach compared to the more relaxed negotiating of the actual vehicle. More
