Taking over 2 hours to conduct an oil change and a rotation is unsatisfactory. Why is my appointment at 140 but my vehicle doesn’t get pulled in until 210? Tony Hyundai Waipio has friendly staff. They are more than willing to answer questions. While it can be difficult to reach a service advisor directly persistence pays off. This dealerships They are more than willing to answer questions. While it can be difficult to reach a service advisor directly persistence pays off. This dealerships service department is over burdened because another dealership on the island closed their service department. The problem remains despite the fact that the other dealership closed over a year ago. As a business owner, I think there must be something they can do to better serve their own long time customers, perhaps a second shift for technicians and a rotating schedule for the advisors so that the repairs move faster and appointments are available sooner. Most Hyundai owners are aware of the motor recall, those of us who pay close attention to our vehicle's performance would appreciate not having to wait almost a month for a service appoi. More
