A native Vermonter, I graduated from Castleton University with a BA Business Management. In the summertime, I play baseball and golf as often as possible, and when I'm not doing that I'm at camp or on the lake fishing. Building relationships and putting my customers in their dream vehicles is what I love most about my career. I have been dreaming of a Ford Bronco for a long time but have never owned a Ford. When I first arrived at the dealership I was greeted by a friendly associate at the front door and then met with Turner. The have never owned a Ford. I had to turn in my truck and I was worried I would have too much negative equity on it. Turner was able to find me a deal that took care of ALL the negative equity on the turn in, and I was able to lease too much negative equity on it. I bought a a 2018 vehicle and hated to trade it. I said I didn’t want to down grade. They sold me a sport model which was in fact a lower model then my limited. I let my salesperson know I wasn’t I said I didn’t want to down grade. They sold me a sport model which was in fact a lower model then my limited. I let my salesperson know I wasn’t happy when I went up for an oil change. I said trust is a big thing with me and when I’m lied to it’s hard to get my trust back. He said I did upgrade because the motor was better. I told him how the models go. Sport, XLT, limited and then one above that. I said now I’m stuck with something I’m not happy with. To fast forward a few days later after having the sport for a month I now own a 2020 limited which has the features of both 2018 & 2019 vehicles I had. I am happy. I truly appreciate all they did to make it right. More
