Hello everyone. My name is Tyler Carroll a new car sales professional here at Carlisle Cadillac Buick GMC. I come from a proud military family and have traveled the world. My family and I moved to the Carlisle area in 2011 because my father was stationed at the War College. I graduated college with a psychology degree from Kutztown University. My main passion is to help people and giving back to the community that has given so much to my family. The greatest reward when it comes to selling cars is the look on their face when we are able to get them behind the wheel of the car of their dreams! Both Tyler Carroll and Tom Cornman are professionals and efficient in the car trading process. We expressed our wishes that we DID NOT want to be bombarded by add ons to the deal that we feel add no valu efficient in the car trading process. I feel that I am like most people with regard to buying a vehicle, it is not a pleasant experience to look forward to for several factors, mostly it's intimidating and the nature of the sales negotiation can vehicle, it is not a pleasant experience to look forward to for several factors, mostly it's intimidating and the nature of the sales negotiation can be confrontational. Tyler was actually not the person I had been talking to up till the morning appointment, so he didn't know I was coming and had no time to research the vehicle or prepare. So, Tyler was not only helpful he was really knowledgeable about the car and worked at making my wife comfortable through the entire process. Thought Will did a good job explaining things as well.
